Can I request samples?
Yes. We provide samples free of charge (not cover shipping cost). Usually each sample will be provided 30-50 grams. Kindly email us or browse our Alibaba Store to request samples.

What flavors do you manufacture?
We manufacture liquid flavors and powder flavors. And there are two different kinds of powder flavors, one is blending powder flavors, one is encapsulated powder flavors (microencapsulated flavors).
Do you offer custom flavor development? How long does it take?
Yes. From brief to initial samples typically takes 5–15 working days. With a library of 800+ core aroma chemicals and a sensory evaluation system, we respond quickly to market trends.
Can you provide compliance documentation (e.g., CoA, IFRA, MSDS)?
Yes. We provide full compliance documentation for every product, including Certificate of Analysis (CoA), Safety Data Sheet (MSDS/SDS), IFRA statement (where applicable), and ingredient disclosure under NDA.
Are your flavors TPD-compliant?
If you’re targeting the EU market, please let us know your intended use (e.g., e-liquids, shisha, etc.). We’ll provide flavors formulated in line with the EU TPD (2014/40/EU) and Regulation (EC) No 1334/2008 on flavorings.
Our inhalation-grade flavors contain no diacetyl, acetyl propionyl, ethylene glycol, or other substances restricted or discouraged for inhalation in the EU.
Where is your production base located?
Our production base is situated in Dongguan, China and spans over 6000 square meters.
Do you handle both manufacturing and distribution?
Yes, we have comprehensive manufacturing and distribution processes in place for efficient delivery.
Do you offer international shipping?
Yes, we offer international shipping to most countries. We can ship via express (FedEx/UPS/DHL) or air freight (e.g., TK, Air China), depending on your volume and timeline.
For certain markets, we can coordinate customs clearance support at destination, subject to local regulations and available logistics partnerships, to help streamline the import process.
How long does shipping take?
Shipping times vary depending on your location. Typically, orders are processed within 3-5 working days, and delivery can take anywhere from 7-15 days. You will receive a tracking number once your order has been shipped.
What packaging specifications do you offer?
2 kg aluminum foil pouches (3-layer laminated, heat-sealed for moisture protection)
5 / 10 kg food-grade HDPE drums (with inner aluminum foil liner + secure screw cap)
